She has spent most of her life expressing herself on stage through a variety of creative and performance art experiences which have been empowering, connecting, and crucial to expressing and healing her pain of my early childhood trauma. Her background of dance, voice, music, songwriting and performance art have prepared her for sharing the expressive arts through her transformational coaching as a healing for the soul.
